Yes, the deposit is fully refundable! If you decide not to activate your membership, we will fully refund your deposit. You can always reach out to us at (847) 641-2943 to request your refund and if we haven’t heard from you within 1 month after your baby’s due date, we will proactively issue a refund.
With your $50 deposit you get guaranteed availability from your own dedicated postpartum doula when your baby arrives. Because we offer a limited amount of memberships each month, this is a great way to make sure you’ll have the support you need before purchasing a full membership. While there is no pre-birth support included with your deposit, you can choose to activate your membership at any point during your third trimester to unlock the amazing, free pre-birth benefits.
You can activate your membership anytime during your third trimester or up to 1 month after your baby arrives! If you choose to activate during your third trimester you will immediately have access to your own dedicated doula for free pre-birth support. This includes unlimited text, phone, and video as well as private, fully customized consults on topics like childbirth, breastfeeding, newborn care and more. If you activate after your baby arrives, you’ll get matched with your dedicated doula right away and start receiving unlimited 1-on-1 support and proactive care via text, phone, and video. When you go to activate your membership, you will decide whether you would like a 3 month membership (our most popular plan) or monthly membership.
